Just giving a high five is not illegal as long as there is no attempt to assist the runner. In the real world....they should be coached to not touch the runner until they cross the plate. I didn't see any touching in this video. I have ejected parents for the use of one or both "magic words". I don't think parents realize a head coach can be ejected for parents/fans behavior as they are responsible for sportsmanship from themselves, assistant coaches, players and fans.

More importantly than no one touching a player, is that players can hide fight each other 100 times before touching the plate and it’s never an out. It’s only an out if someone ASSISTS a player while he is running rule bases.

For starters, an ump should concern themselves what goes on inside the fence. Between innings, get the director to handle the folks outside the fence.
