I can't believe the sarcastic comments on here about this. I have arthritis in both hands and this had helped me enormously. I will admit that at first I set it too high and it hurt but with perseverance it's been a huge help. And for those genuinely asking, yes it works for both hands. Just turn it over for the opposite hand.
