First of all all you’re doing is steaming the water that’s on outside of the surface of the wood. If you had damp water logged wood it wouldn’t do that. It would just steam and who carries how to blow torch like that.

3200 degrees enough to melt steel beams on the twins towers. But you’d need thermite for that. This is nowhere near 3200

It's still just propane tho and propane isn't the hottest gas that exists it's actually one the weakest. Butane is way hotter even mapp gas and acetylene

You don’t show a fire at all. Try again and turn off the propane and see if it stays lit.

Dry wood with him temporary letting the water on the wood for seconds before it could soak in. It would take longer if it was water logged
