@joexfitness: ⇩ Full Recipe 🥟 ⇩ Macros per serving: Protein: 44g Carbs: 20g Fat: 8g Calories: 323 Ingredients per 2 servings (makes 2 kits): - 10 napa cabbage leaves - 1 second spray oil - 1 medium-sized carrot - 4 medium-sized green onions - 1 tbsp minced garlic - 1/2 bunch enoki mushroom - 10oz red argentine shrimp, raw - 1 tbsp sesame oil - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 1 tsp black pepper Broth: - 3 cups beef bone broth - 1 cup water - 2.5 tbsp soy sauce - salt to taste How to make it yourself: 1. Finally dice your shrimp, carrots, and green onions 2. In a bowl, add your shrimp, green onions, minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, and black pepper and mix well to make your filling 3. In a pot of boiling water, blanch your napa cabbage leaves until they become soft and immediately remove and transfer into a cold water. 4. Pat the napa cabbage leaves dry and lay them flat. 5. Place a tablespoon of your filling onto the Napa cabbage and roll it up into a burrito to encase the filling to make your dumpling rolls 6. Repeat this process to make multiple dumpling rolls and place half of them into a meal prep container along with half of your enoki mushrooms. Do this twice to have two different meal prepped containers and freeze overnight. 7. When ready to eat, take out one frozen meal prep container and place it in the microwave for 10 seconds to loosen. 8. In a pot on high heat, add half your beef bone broth, half your water, half your soy sauce, your frozen kit, and salt to taste. 9.
