I have only ever done it once as a small child, I don’t remember exactly when but I was camping with my grandparents and cousin. I was watching myself from the top of the tent. I was seeing my grandpa eating, my grandma cooking, and my cousin was getting up. I woke up right after and they were doing the exact same thing. I’ve never done it again
