@chefadambyatt: Upstairs with Kristjana Williams. Brought to you by Ruinart. This is the second episode of 'Upstairs With..! featuring Kristjana Williams - Artist and Designer. More than a recipe video, more than a podcast. A series of episodes, with each one inviting a guest to have lunch with me, Upstairs at Trinity, as they lean in to see how it's made, whilst chatting across the stove. With the food as a focus, I make one dish, as requested by the guest, which could be a one time favourite, a never-tried dish or staple of their childhood. Something that they have a strong connection to. For Kristjana's dish we leaned into Lamb stew or 'Kjötsúpa' as I've learnt. Ending up with two dishes, the lamb stew as well as a lovely barley, beer clay pot lamb that turned out rather well. We made traditional Icelandic Rye bread, and I did my best at recreating Kristjana's favourite Licorice and Ice Cream. Full episode available to watch on YouTube and Spotify
