Only make coffee/espresso from a moka pot. Two small things i do that are game changers. 1) boil the water first before putting in moka pot. Heating up room temperature water in the moka pot tends to burn the coffee in the process making it bitter. 2) add a paper filter over the coffee in the neck. Although the moka pot has a filter built in the bottom of the pot, small grains of coffee still seep through leaving a “sludgy film” at the bottom of your cup when drinking the final drops. This Paper filter eliminates this leaving you with nothing but smooth, sludge free, coffee to the last drops
