Sauce would be bland and just taste of cream. Add some flavour to the onions, Basil, oregano, parsley, garlic or go the Chilli, paprika route but add something please. Sauté the meet 3 mins,oil meat not pan, then put in oven for 20 at 180, let rest 20 mins. Put the wine either in with the onions or my preference a large wine glass! Thanks 🤣
