I would definitely go get checked to see how many eggs you have, and check the lining of your uterus…they should also order labs and you’ll go during the first 2-3 days of your cycle. I did all of that just to gauge where I’m at..

I use the Premom app and you can buy their ovulation tests on Amazon and upload them on the app so each month it’ll give you your most “fertile” days based on your cycle and ovulation tests

1. Start taking Prenatals 2. Definitely track on an app… if you are aiming for a girl.. try a couple days before ovulation window leading to early days in ovulation cycle (girls swim faster) and boys swim slower 🫶🏽

It took me almost a year a month before we were going to a fertility doctor , my periods were always on time , working out , healthy eating , never on birth control I tracked my ovulation with strips and took prenatals before hand , my advice try now because you never know how long it will take 😊

My husband and I tried for months and kept getting disappointed when I would take a test and it’d be negative. I guess when you ‘try’ you stress yourself out; in my case that’s what was happening. The minute we stopped stressing about it and just let it happen, we ended up pregnant! Sending all the baby dust your way! ✨✨✨✨

Hi! I’m a holistic fertility nutrition practitioner. My first recommendation is to start a high-quality prenatal vitamin now, ideally at least 3–6 months before conception. This gives your body time to build nutrient stores that support hormone balance, egg quality, and early fetal development. One of my favorites is the Needed Prenatal, because it’s very comprehensive and uses well-absorbed forms of nutrients. 🤍

I started taking a prenatal daily like a month before I stopped taking birth control and im SO glad I did. So much of baby’s development happens before you even get a positive test! I was taking rainbow light prenatals for a hot minute but I had hyperemesis so after the first like 8 weeks of my pregnancy I couldn’t stomach a pill and switched to a gummy! Good luck girl!🥰🫶🏾

I’d ask for a ultrasound to make sure everything is healthy in the uterus. Also bloodwork to make sure hormones are good and you can also check ur egg quality. Husband can also do bloodwork,I’d try to get him to be as healthy as possible,I had no morning sickness and I think it’s bc my husband got as healthy as he could. And if you aren’t preventing then ur trying so take prenatals

The most important thing is to track your cycle and know when you are ovulating. Look up signs of ovulation, sometime in the middle of your cycle start testing with Lh test strips to track your ovulation. It Starts with an Egg is a good book to read if TTC or if on your preconception journey.

I used the Flo app when I conceived my son, I went based off of my peak ovulation day it recommended to try and we got pregnant the first month trying! I was taking prenatals for 3 months leading up to trying to improve my egg quality, I also cut out caffeine (personal preference) when I conceived the second time it took a few months but I used ovulation strips bc I realized my ovulation was shifting and actually later than the Flo app suggested! Definitely recommend pre mom ovulation&pregnancy strip tests💓💓

As someone who was told we would not be able to conceive on our own… I took Ashwagandha gummies every day and just kept our intimate lives as normal as we could without stressing about tracking anything. We are also very active and consume caffeine daily. We are blessed to say we were successful in getting pregnant and are expecting our baby ✨ sending baby dust your way 💕🫂
