@lygaiva: Split squats humble me every time🥵 I add either reps or weight to my split squats each week. Last week: 34kg ×8 This week: 36kg ×10 Split squats beat me up, so I usually only have one hard set in me (occasionally two). That’s why I load it heavy, focus, and make it count. @Oner Active
