As soon as the alarm goes off literally jump out of bed and start dancing, I don’t know why it works but it does it made me a morning person in like 8th grade

the one thing i found that works for me is literally an app called alarmy because it basically forces you out of bed by giving you missions to complete😭

My husband uses alarmy. It can make you do math problems to get your alarm to turn off, or he has it where he has to go into our garage (has to go downstairs and into the cold) and take a picture of the same spot every day.

Ok I’ll be real with u. I use the alarmy app…. It’s the only thing that has got me up in the morning. It makes you get up in the morning to take a picture of something so that it turns off

Setting 5 alarms then also having something you want to get done in the morning. Workout before or work. Get work done before 10 or something along those lines. But the best is just setting an annoying amount of alarms

I know it not what you want but trust me the app is called loud alarm it’s amazing. The sounds you can pick are reallly loud and annoying so you will wake up and you can choose how often it repeats and if you don’t wake up within a few seconds it just gets louder and louder
