When i learned my acne on my face body and scalp were fungal, ketoconazole shampoo and a salicylic acid based toner where my life saver. I dont use it everyday just twice or once a week. Also all my skin, haircare and makeup products has to be fungal acne safe. Did not work overnight, it took weeks to go away but all worth it. No bad acne flare up for a year now. Just one or two pimples occasionally
