My parents went on a cruise and brought magnetic Scrabble tiles for their door. They said that they constantly saw staff giggling outside their door (looking through the peephole) while they were making words. They started the first word and people built off of it.

As a seasoned cruiser all great recommendations. 💯 Definitely bring a mini emergency kit with antacid, bandages, Dramamine, eye drops, pain reliever and a roll of duct tape 😂. Duct tape is clutch if something breaks. I had to use it when I hurt my knee a few cruises back. Rigged up a knee brace with it 🤣

I have that lanyard and just clip my card to the little clip without the plastic cover. Super easy to unclip and hand over

We bring Tylenol, ibuprofen, and the hubs has a wellness kit with zofran, antibiotics etc. It has proven useful when we went to Alaska. He caught a bug on the ten day trip 😬.

With carnival the lanyard is good but the plastic pouch won’t fit in the door so we used it withought it and it was perfect

you can ask for extra fans/extention cables for free you just have to ask your house keeper on the ship and they will bring it!!

I just got back from a Caribbean cruise and I had no idea what was up with these ducks my kids came home with over 20 plus ducks . People literally just gave them to them . Crew members did as well. I thought it was cute 🥹❤️
