@_journey2antoinette: Where are the people who kept wanting to include ALL people in the “movement”? Why are people trying to justify any of these pol[ICE] unalivings? To say you now feel like Black people is—a choice. A weird and very annoying choice to say the least. Because, even as a severe reach of the imagination, why has it taken you to supposedly feel like your neighbor when it IS AND HAS BEEN YOUR NEIGHBOR?! Regardless of the truth finally escaping your lips, right next to wanting to strong arm Black people to do something about this, there is (and HAS been) a need to abolish 🧊. There is no reasoning nor justification for them. Just like there is no reason nor justification that the Black and Brown folks names keep getting stepped over when mention those whose lives have been cut short due to pol[ICE].
