What wasn’t mentioned in the video is when Slavs migrated south to the balkans they mixed the native illyrians, thus creating the modern south Balkan person. Dalmatia, Herzegovina, Montenegro, and albania have very high Illyrian percentages when compared to the northern part of the balkans, which tend to have higher Slav percentages. Pretty interesting to think about and really cool how history has so much to tell about our past.
