Yep, this is why brand strategists are so important. They figure out the nuance between what the Brand POV should be, and how it gets applied through media. Even tech, an industry that has famously not valued brand in the past, is now conveniently looking for "storytellers". It's because they understand that their AI solution is not different, and the only part that becomes ownable is the brand.

I did a creative degree in 2015, back when marketing and communication wasn't as big then and I use to feel insecure when people around me were to more academic subjects. Now I'm glad I stuck to what I enjoyed instead of any degree that sounds good by name.

Guys, one thing: as always this will be another cycle just like the one with IT guys. Don’t ever get complacent and don’t ever get too cocky. If we as a community want to stretch this as long as possible we must all work in a similar collective. And I believe the number one principle is to always be humble.
