If the piecer uses long enough posts the conch and flat shouldn’t be an issue. The original piercer that did my conch and flat used very small posts (6MM and 7MM) and my conch for sooo angry and infected and my whole ear swelled due to the shorts posts. Thankfully I found someone else who put in 11MM posts and my ear within 24 hours was feeling better. Just as a FYI to anyone…

My conch is spicy… even after almost 6 months. Whewwww…. But it’s from sleeping on it I would guess but I can’t help it!

when i got 2 helix piercings right next to each other they straight up would NOT heal until i took one out and the other healed up right away. from now on i will only get one cartilage piercing per ear and just sleep with a donut pillow 🙈
