also make sure your bonnet is silk, if the satin is made out of polyester it's not breathable which can also cause hair loss, satin≠silk satin can be made of many different materials chemical or natural, you need a natural material for best results and no risks, viskose satin would probably do fine as well viskose is cheaper but harder to find most bonnets are made of polyester(the cheap ones) or silk(the expensive ones)
