Latin is more on legal/judicial concepts, that's why Latin was often used in Roman Law. Greek, however, is more philosophical, wording more concepts within what Latin would consider as one.

Latin isn't philosophical. Latin is more on the 'straight forward' side. Greek is the most philosophical language. We even have 'hypostasis' term in Greek to describe the nature of Jesus while we don't have any in Latin.
