@_livingdifferent: It’s not trendy, it’s a way of life. There’s been a shift somewhere over the last 10 years and certainly more so in the last 5. People are returning to the simpler way of life. Growing, raising and preserving food. This was the only way of life at one point and then convenience came along and we became completely disconnected from our food. There’s definitely some conveniences that are beneficial and needed but at the core of this lifestyle is intention and purpose.
