You stripped the head due to the vibration from the gun. Next time something like that happens loosen it by hand (put your body weight into the ratchet). Electric guns cause a lot of vibrations

This happened to my e90, put the car on the ground, heat the socket, the lug stud and then try a new socket. Tighten then loosen.
