@flavorsbyfrangipane: 20-Min Garlic & Broccoli Pasta Recipe -1/2 lb farfalle (or whatever pasta you’ve got) -4 tbsp olive oil -1 broccoli crown, chopped -4 garlic cloves, minced -1/2 tsp chili flakes -1/2 cup grated parmesan -Salt & pepper to taste 1. Boil your broccoli in salted water until just tender, then scoop it out and set aside. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium and toast the garlic until golden (not burnt!). 3. Add chili flakes and toast for 1 more minute. 4. Toss in the broccoli and stir to coat in that garlicky oil. 5. Cook your pasta in the same water until al dente. Reserve a little pasta water, then drain. 6. Combine pasta with the broccoli mix. Add parmesan, salt, and pepper. Splash in some pasta water if it needs loosening up. 7.
