public transit needs to get better, saying this as a car guy, public transit is the best option for commuting to work or school, it just needs to be frequent and clean. however I don't agree cars should be banned entirely, plenty of people live out in the sticks or have to travel to specific destinations, cars are still going to be the best option for trips like going to relatives for example. by enhancing public transit and giving incentives for commuting then both modes of transport can coexist

Better transit, bike lanes, more trees to support walking. Then my car, which I love and is very nice, can be for leisure trips or when I genuinely need its utility to move stuff.
