Working hands lotion (green circle tub) is incredible!!!! I use it a few times a day and my hands don’t get like this anymore

The minute you get out of the shower apply an occlusive (check for eczema seal, cerave healing ointments great, aveeno has a great one too, any eczema safe fragrance and allergen free ointment even aquaphor will work) to ur hands while they’re still damp and sleep with white cotton gloves on top every night. Keep hand cream in ur bag at all times and one by each sink and apply after washing ur hands every single time. Fragrance free everything including hand soap. Wear gloves while washing dishes and cleaning. This is coming from a hair stylist who’s had eczema my whole life. Hope this helps!🫶🏼🫶🏼

weleda skin food apply a little and then wait for it to soak into ur skin leaves it super moisturized wear overnight

Nivea heavily at night and a sock on your hands ! Mine got like this from excessive bottle washing 😩 it’s the only thing that helped
