it's often said that strength is the first virtue, without which all others are meeningless. and they're right. so show your strength by helping others with their burdens. show off that core by standing up for someone and not backing down until they feel safe. keep your legs strong so they can carry you to where you are needed, or carry them out of danger. keep that grip maxed so you never let go and let that person fall back into their abyss. and most importantly keep your heart strong, let it rest, give it cheat days too. it doesn't have to be bulletproof 24/7. it just needs to be strong enough to admit when it too needs help or to put on its armor when it has to be strong for someone else and that means doing some shit that scares you. being a bully is easy. being a man is hard.
