The boards are illegal for a few reasons but a main one being that they are placed in positions that distract the drivers attention from the road. So all the bill boards on the side of the road make you look away from the road, but approved billboards like the ones built over the road or on the centre island that face oncoming traffic are safer because your eyes are still looking in front of the car.

good. We concentrate so hard on these taxis stopping in front of us.. using wrong lanes to push us of the roads. No working traffic lights ever and then these adverts all over. Serve no purpose
