A free consultation that will save you hundreds of hours I keep watching the same story: a business grows, the load grows, and the owner does what feels responsible — everything by hand, then hire another person to absorb the overflow. A person is the most expensive fix there is: salary, training, management… and six months later the load has grown again. So here's the conversation I'd have with you as a client. It starts with PROCESS MAPPING. Before any tool, any hire, any AI: write down how work actually moves through your business. For every recurring job (quotes, invoices, bookings, reports, customer questions), map five things: what kicks it off, the steps, who touches it, where it sits waiting, where it breaks. Why that piece of paper beats most software: 1. You can't fix what you can't see — and almost nobody has actually looked. 2. The map always shocks the owner: most weeks, more than half the work is the same steps repeating. 3. It sorts your business into two piles — RULES (same every time) and JUDGMENT (reading, deciding, taste). Those two piles are the entire strategy. Then the moves choose themselves: — RULES pile → system automation first (zero AI — cheapest, most reliable machine there is) — light judgment inside a flow → AI automation (a brain in the rails) — jobs needing real ownership → agents (plan, work, check, finish) — lanes that recur forever → AI employees (memory, your way of working, a schedule) That ORDER is where most people go backwards: they buy the shiniest tool first and map nothing, so the tool automates chaos. Map first, automate the rules, add judgment where it's small, hand over whole lanes last — and the next time the load grows, you extend a system instead of running another hiring round. Hiring adds hands. Systems remove the load. That's the strategy — the same thinking I'd bring to a paid engagement. The practice — the maps, the automations, the agents, the employees — is what I teach: tens of hours of video across seven courses, in exactly this order. Enter 2027 as one of the few who genuinely run their business this way. The link is in my profile. #aiskills #aiemployee #aiagent #aiautomation
