Ingredients 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp coconut aminos 15 oz can beans, drained 15 oz can full-fat coconut milk 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp cayenne pepper 2 tbsp miso paste 2 cups baby spinach or kale Serve with brown rice or over sauteed veggies. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the tomato paste and coconut aminos, and stir to combine. Let cook about 30 seconds to caramelize the tomato paste. 2. Add the beans, coconut milk, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir well to combine. 3. Stir in the miso paste until completely dissolved. Let simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened. 4. Stir in the baby spinach or kale until wilted.
