Gochujang ground beef 🤌🔥 On the table in minutes. ⸻ Gochujang Ground Beef (Quick & Easy) Ingredients • 1 large Vidalia onion, thinly sliced • 1 lb (or just over) lean ground beef • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 2 heaping tbsp gochujang • 1 tbsp sugar • Salt, to sweat the onions • 6 oz water • Neutral oil, for cooking Optional (but delicious): • Garlic • Mirin • Sesame oil ⸻ Instructions 1. Heat a pan over medium-high heat with a little oil. 2. Add sliced onion with a pinch of salt and cook until softened and lightly caramelized. 3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. 4. Add water, soy sauce, gochujang, and sugar. 5. Simmer for a few minutes, stirring, until everything comes together and the sauce slightly thickens. 6.
