Ingredients: - 1 whole chicken (about 4 lb) - 2 tbsp olive oil - 1 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp black pepper - 2 tsp dried thyme - 2 tsp dried rosemary - 4 large potatoes, cut into chunks - 2 tbsp olive oil (for potatoes) - 1 tsp salt (for potatoes) - 1/2 tsp black pepper (for potatoes) - 1 tsp dried thyme (for potatoes) - 1 cup carrots, sliced - 1 cup green beans, trimmed - 1 tbsp olive oil (for vegetables) - Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: 1.
