I did strength training like this and still injured my IT band. Nutrition, sleep, rest, incremental distance increases, I thought i was doing it all right. Are some people just not ever able to run long distances? 😢 sad I might have to pull out of my first ever marathon now, it’s in May and not sure how to heal my knee
