You dont want meds… we all wanted them at first but once you start them, you wish you never took them and tried other things to get better, unless its schyozphrenia, but even then, i hate antipsychotics, it makes me feel tired, im tired of being tired

My therapist can’t seem to grasp how mania works, the constant irritability I’ve tried so hard to tell him that it doesn’t need a trigger it’s just how I feel for days on end, but luckily my dr is getting me a psychiatrist to determine which meds work best
