Not true. Faith is for the present, not the future. Faith requires works and it requires evidence, it cannot be compared to be the opposite of fear. The future aspect of faith is the hope that whoever is applying Faith must have...even then the person should maintain that hope with the knowledge that they are fighting from a point victory. Fear on the other hand is just info/imagination causing anxiety about something. And you can fear the past🤷

yes, but you are close. Phillipians 4:6-7 says don't be anxious. but anxious and excitement are both predicting the future. anxious is a bad outcome, excitement is a good outcome. don't be excited, don't be anxious, be you. Then the best will come.
