Constant traveling = flight mode trauma response. If you have to have a trip booked immediately when you come back from a trip that’s also definitely flight mode of your nervous system so you’re basically living in fighter flight and travel can do that and not only that you take in so much that your senses are constantly overwhelmed and exhausted. Learning to stay put for some time is equally as important as traveling in my book.
