I've done crossfit for a few months now and have had significant improvement in strength and definition. I've been weight training for over 10 years and had a baby. Just because it doesn't work for some doesn't mean its useless. I've got freinds that have lost over 30kg doing crossfit in a reasonably short time period and they are now muscle mommy's 💪

But crossfitters have the fittest and strongest bodies around 🤷♀️in saying that CrossFit isn’t about aesthetics as such that’s just the bonus when doing it over a long period of time

CrossFit= weightlifting, gymnastics/bodyweight movements,cardio conditioning. not just high intensity workouts, and swinging on a bar....

Trained to keep my hormones balance and body healthy, accidently trained myself into chronic high cortisol because I was just doing to much 🤦🏻♀️I look back at my routines and it was crazyyy work.
