I stopped drinking a week ago with the help of a Gabba/Glutamate balancing medication ( specifically for alcoholism). I’m still struggling in the evenings and just going to bed early to stay on track . This stuff is so hard . Untill I saw your page I never understood the complexities of ADHD , menopause and Alcohol !!
