@who.is.slavic: Traditional Ukrainian Cabbage Rolls Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef 1 lb ground pork 3 carrots 1 onion 3 cabbages ½ kg short-grain rice Tomato paste Sour cream Salt, pepper, spices Recipe: Soak the rice. Cut out cabbage cores and boil cabbages until leaves are soft. Fry carrots + onion. Mix with rice and meat. Add salt, pepper, spices. Separate cabbage leaves, fill them, and roll. Place in a pot, cover with tomato water, simmer on low 1–1.5 hours. Sauce: 3 tbsp tomato paste 3 tbsp sour cream 2 tbsp oil Salt, sugar, dill Serve hot with sauce 🤍🥬 Smachnoho! #cooking #slavicfood
