Curling 24+ inches of hair takes a very long time. Imagine doing 4+ heads a day without an assistant. People didn’t used to wear hair that long back in the day lol it can be included in the price but then people complain prices are too high lol.

It is a addional service and it’s more work. You ever sat down and curled a whole wig? It take a lot of time and effort. You’re paying for the time and work. If you go to any other salon they charge curls as an add on not included in the service.
