If I called him he sounded annoyed so I learned to stop calling him and let him come to me. He called every day without fail around 9pm and we talked for about 5 minutes 😂

they want it *their way*. you can call them and they will say you disrupted their routine but when they call you, they dont mind disrupting your routine. it's very one sided, only when it benefits them. it's having control, or really, the illusion of. avoidants call it boundaries, others call it not being considerate.

Damn im like this at time , but this come from stress and being overwhelmed . U gets this sense of feeling that you’ve been neglecting yourself even if that isn’t the case it just this constant thought and feeling that ur falling behind and losing control of own decisions making
