Your stomach grows becuz you need your abs in all the movements you make in life. All of the movements. So when you train, you will constantly need your abs for any weight training. Which means you have to look at the quality of your food AND the quantity… protein rich for the build, greens for the protection. Not too much macdonals or fatty food. 2x your body weight should be how much protein you should be eating each day to maintain. To grow is 30% more than what you were eating to maintain… to loose weight is to eat less than you already ate without starving yourself…
