Kyle was defending CITIZENS who couldn’t defend themselves against a mob and when told to put the gun down and hands up he did exactly that. This guy showed up with a fire arm with the intent to use it against law enforcement. Had he held a sign and didn’t obstruct then it wouldn’t have happened.

We do as a society have a problem with folks these days thinking that they are not in harms way when clearly they are in the middle of a very sketchy situation. I also don’t think we need to be randomly killing people to round up Jose and or serving ridiculous warrants. Leo’s have been kicking in doors and killing people in the name of warrant serving for years…

The man was interfering in an investigation the week prior and had a rib broken. He went to interfere with them with intent to harm. I agree his shouldn’t have died, but he made that choice to bring a loaded firearm with and extra clip.
