Me since kid my mom did egg with olive natural and put it in my head for 30 minutes and then shower the hair like normally. Now i still do it and it grows 6 centimetros in 3 months .

Idk guys but warm up coconut oil like ALL NATURAL coconut oil and then put it in your hair for like 1-2 hours and wash it out but do double shampoo and use only a little shampoo to get it out of your ends so they aren’t oily and then go about as usual it works my hair grew 2 inches in 2 months

Rosemary water 2x a day, scalp massages at least 5min a day, oil in your ends every night ( only a little bit ), put coconut oil on your ends and lenghts 15-30mins before showering
