I hear from so many victims of narcissists struggling with their guilt and shame over allowing themselves to be treated the way the narcissist treated them. But it’s not that simple. Narcissists are masters at what they do. They target, manipulate, and deceive in ways not familiar to anyone who experiences the world and relationships normatively.
