Why's everyone mad at the neighbors? Maybe they are scared of dogs? Maybe they didnt want to get bit by a scared/injured dog? Maybe they were just unsure of even how to go about it? Geez. Not everyone HAS to step in for an animal. Doesn't make them bad people. Because you dont know WHY they wouldnt/couldnt help.

Dana :
This poor woman must've felt so helpless. I don't know why the neighbors didn't help. I don't know the whole situation, but glad he came to the rescue & I bet he will be checking up on her every so often now. So if you have elderly neighbors that live alone, check on them. I always check on mine.

If I was rich I would ask her if I could have a beautiful fence built so she and her dog could be free to walk/run in the sun without restraints!! 😌💖🐶
