With this recipe I've made about 100 meringues. RECIPE MERINGUE COOKIES Ingredients: -2 egg whites; -1 teaspoon of lemon; -35 g 0 Cal sweetener; -half a teaspoon of vanilla extract . . Preparation: Preheat the oven at 100 Celsius. Whisk the egg whites for about 2 minutes till they form bubbles, then add the teaspoon of lemon and continue whisking. Add the sweetener little by little and whisk for another 2 minutes (until you can no longer feel the grains) and, in the end, add the vanilla extract. The mixture must be dense and firm. Transfer the mixture in a sac a poche and make some little swirls the size of a bite. Bake for 45 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave them inside for another hour. Enjoy!🩵 .
