I know because I’ve been there - and it is so hard trying to hold it all together when inside you feel like it’s all falling apart. I felt alone, lost, depressed, anxious. Even my closest friends and family didn’t always know what I was battling. But after two years of handing out notes, talking to strangers, and truly listening to their stories - it reminded me of a simple truth: I wasn’t alone.
