I wouldn’t even send it back. They should have to tick a disclaimer that if it isn’t returned in unworn condition they don’t get a credit or the product back.

You can’t sell that back to anyone legally anyway not in Australia. I would deny credit based on break of the return as it would be out of goodwill anyway. ACCC can’t do anything because they are just mediation services and I would just use this video as evidence against her if it went further. Customer has no leg to stand on
