Founders: If you are this locked in, you should be building your business - without the distraction of a raise, VCs or their money. The real goal is to not need them at all. Go find an underserved market where the timing is perfect, build and sell like mad. The more you do this the more leverage you have. Cash flow is life. Manage it as if your business life depends on it, because it does. Build something people can’t live without and you call the shots.
