The reason why he is so successful is because he is firm and precise in the most gentle way. THIS IS ACTUALLY WHAT GENTLE PARENTING SHOULD LOOK LIKE!!!! He is telling the child what he will do and not necessarily giving them and option. Let me tell you how much kids THRIVE with this.

Notice........this man gives the child a chance to experience BUT, he holds the child accountable which gives him structure. Too many times parents let the child run rimshod and control the situation and that just makes everything from then on a more difficult challenge. This man is a gift...........
