You're hilarious but this isn't "high quality southern Indian cooking". As a South Indian these toppings as well as "chutney" and "curry" options are truly unhinged. But the franchise is owned by a white couple, so the knowledge gap checks out -- If you’re in NYC and want dosa: Semma, Saravana Bhavan, or Temple Canteen are solid options across different budgets.
